You can never make a second first impression.  This is why we've partnered with Staged Solutions to provide free analysis and staging advice for each of our listings. Leanne Stark, founder of Staged Solutions, is an integral part of our team. We engage her to come in to each listing and give a frank analysis of what needs to be done to make it show better than any other house on the market. 

 

Each home analysis begins with a tour of your home where Leanne notes first impressions. Her extensive experience in home design has made her an expert on what buyers are looking for in their next home. She will give you a detailed punch list of tasks to complete, areas to de-clutter, walls to repaint prior to listing your house. We cover the initial consultation (a $100 value).

If getting your home into excellent, show-ready, condition requires more extensive work or additional furnishings and accessories, we have negotiated with Staged Solutions preferred customer pricing. She’s happy to provide a bid. There are other staging companies out there, but we have yet to find one that has such a good eye for repositioning original furniture and such consideration towards budget and timeline to help homes sell.
